I have worked with Alpine Credit Union for years. Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Jacie in Eagle Mountain. She was phenomenal! And such a sweetheart! I have relationships with 3 credit unions in my area. And I would never go anywhere else for auto financing. They are so personable and priced well! I have my vehicle, as well as my daughters SUV financed there. I have had 8 auto loans there, with no issues ever. I have recommended to anyone interested!!! Thank you, Jacie and ACU!!!

I lost my debit card. Called and spoke with Paige Mackintosh. Within 5 minutes of them closing and after speaking to Paige, I walked into the bank and was greeted so warmly with great big smiles and the entire staff, JC, Sue, Emily and a Great big hug from Paige, I was handed my new card. Best bank around! Customer service is excellent. I ditched that mountainous credit union for these guys and I’ve never looked back. So much more friendly and way easier to work with. I have 2 car loans with them that were quick and easy.

Top notch service! I had an auto loan with Alpine CU for a little over a year. I needed to pay it off early and called the number listed online to get the process rolling. The first person I talked to (Paige M.) was very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the entire process spanning several days. I had to update my contact info in the process and she made it a point watch for that update to take place in their system the next day and proactively reach out to me when that had happened. She then proceeded to monitor the payoff and contact me a few days later to notify me that everything had completed and then sent me a payoff letter. It was as if I had a personal assistant manage every detail so that I didn't have to. I've never met Paige M. before, but she left a lasting impression for how a financial institution can actually BE a service organization. Thanks Page M. and thank you Alpine CU for creating the kind of culture that resulted in a great experience.

Jacie at the Eagle Mountain Alpine Credit Union made my car loan experience so painless! She was fast, curteous, knowledgeable and her response time was better than any I've dealt with anywhere. She was easy to reach both by phone and email. I never felt in the dark and didn't feel like I was another loan. I highly recommend this institution and if you're lucky enough to get Jacie, even better!

I have not been inside this bank, but the employees I talked to over the phone were wonderful. I do most of my banking online, so to be able to call and get what I needed done quickly and effectively was great. Currently there's a pandemic, and their employees are still there working to meet our needs. Thanks so much for all you do! (Especially Paige)

This location was just built in April 2017 and it's awesome. It's the first financial institution in the area so it really convenient because normally I have to drive clear to Lehi, as that is the next closest location from Eagle Mountain. They have a little area for the kids with toys and books. The manager there is really nice and very experienced. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this credit union, due to the sincerity of caring about its members and they typically have the cheapest loan rates (at least from what I have seen). They have all the technology that I was looking for (online banking, mobile app, bill pay, remote deposit capture, remote card control, etc). You won't be disappointed in this credit union. It's nice to have a bank actually care about you and not treat you like a number.

Worked with Paige at Alpine on refinancing our auto loan. She was on top of everything, easy to work with, and got it done fast. Great experience.
