I have been dealing with New Western from last many years. I found them best among all the property wholesaler. Especially Agent Jacob Barrett has provided my the best service possible. There is no pressure, moreover this is the only company who gives the best property analysis which makes me enable to make some profits on the deals offered. I will highly recommend New Western for all the Real Estate Investors.

After a hectic morning we got to the bank right before closing, because of this we were prepared to be turned away or asked to schedule an appointment since this wasn't a regular transaction. Which we would have totally understood! We were immediately greeted by Ben, he asked about our needs and then advised a few different options. After giving us some insight to to our situation, we were sat with JaKayla - she was so kind, and personable! She made the transition so easy and seamless for us. We ended up finishing AFTER closing, but we never felt rushed or like a burden. Couldn't be happier!

Kim the Member service representative wasn't any help and has close out my debit card that I didn't authorize. There was a charge on my account that wasn't authorized, I reached out in the message center via the App. I really upset especially with Kim and once again I didn't authorize for her to close out my debit card.

Terrible customer service experience doing a purchase closing. Our Title Officer was not accommodating or helpful at any time with us as buyers or with our lender. During the closing I was made to feel as if it was a nuisance being there to sign the closing documents. The title officer was gossiping with my Realtor about past clients. I felt disrespected by the title officer's inattentive and unresponsive attitude toward me throughout the closing. Purchasing a home is serious financial undertaking yet the title officer explained very little about three documents the rest I guess I am on my own to read and understand since the title officer was NO help. This is the sixth home I have purchased....and my only bad experience...we did not even fund on day of close. That was a sad first too for me. I would not recommend this title company branch 8n the Friendswood area. I have called the Regional president and sent two emails without response. Please don't use Alamo here in the Houston area. But we did have awesome service with Alamo in the DFW!!

My husband and I are longtime customers with several accounts. My son was unable to open a student account online. The Pearland branch is closed, so he tried to do so at the video banking location. We were unable to access a representative at all. When he touched the IPad, there was no way to proceed to contact someone. We left. He took his business to USAA and easily opened a checking and savings account with them on the phone. We will be closing his savings account at B of A and moving the funds to his new USAA account.

I had an emergency regarding a family member and needed to get money to them asap. I went online and noticed (for the first time) that I could use bill pay and "pay a person". I completed everything and the family member activated from their end via text.(what a great idea!) Tried to send the money and was locked out of my account b/c the amount was "over the limit". The problem was that the limit is not listed when attempting to pay; nor whether the limit is per transaction or per day. I called my branch 3+ times and the phone just rang and rang. I left it ringing on each occasion for at least 5 minutes. When I originally went to the "pay a person" feature, it stated the cutoff was 3pm. I had been trying to call South Shore branch since 2pm. I then tried to call the Galveston branch...same result...ringing ringing and no answer. I then called the branch in Pasadena (according to google). Beatrice Ramos answered! What a great young lady, very professional; after telling her the issue, she went out of her way to help me. When she realized she would need to email someone, she promised to call me back. She did! Although there was some miscommunication, she realized it and told me she would call me back. Instead I got a call back from her Supv, Sharon Brown. Again, what a great young lady! She then informed me that she was actually from the Friendswood branch-my call must have been forwarded to their branch. She tried her very best to help me reach the cutoff time of 3pm. Unfortunately with all my time trying to contact South Shore branch and then the Galveston and Texas City branch, it was literally 1 minute past 3pm and once the problem was solved and I was able to make the payment to my family member, it was too late for the family member to receive the money on Monday (this being Friday). Too bad I spent valuable time trying to reach my branch/ Galveston/ Texas City branches. I just want these women (from the Friendswood Branch) acknowledged for the care, concern and professionalism in dealing with "my emergency". They may not believe it but, I will remember their concern on this day for a long time. great job Ladies!
