      Amanda laughed on the phone while I was trying to reposes my car . She didn’t even try to help me get it back . She just told me I couldn’t as if she didn’t want me to . Didn’t try to explain anything . And since when I can’t get a car out if I got the money for the outstanding fees I owe ? If it is a law then Okay I’m wrong ! But this lady really upset me laughing like me cryin was a joke . I had been callin them prior to them takin my car they never answer the phone and never responded to my messages so I could to try to explain my financial situation! But was quick to take it !!! RUN FAST FROM THESE PPL

      Really, really sad to see this once-great local branch of a trustworthy credit union reduced to what it is now. I have been trying to get a hold of them to process a down payment on my mortgage, through multiple channels - calling in, in-app messaging, AND even scheduling them to call in to me. Not one response yet, and they blew off the scheduled appointment too. There are plenty of other credit unions out there who have a reputation as shining as this bank USED to - I suggest you choose one of them rather than bank here.

      I’ve been with this credit union since I was a child and ever since Wellby took over the service is trash. I can’t get anyone on the phone or via chat and it’s been 2+ weeks of me reaching out. I even went as far as scheduling a phone meeting with someone and they didn’t even bother to call. I have moved out of the area and need to move my funds to my new bank but looks like I’m going to have to make a trip to do that in person now. Really disappointing that they went downhill almost immediately. The cool app doesn’t make up for the fact that they aren’t good quality anymore.

      Do NOT get an auto (or any) loan(s) from these people! I've been with JSC for more than a decade and took a small auto loan a few years ago. Earlier this year, they notified me they were charging me a monthly insurance fee until I proved I had my own insurance on the vehicle. Isn't JSC supposed to be an insured financial institution?!? Aren't you responsible for your own reinsurance? How can you charge a surprise fee in the middle of a loan? I'm sure you have the wiggle room in the contract - and that's cute - but you lost a customer for life with this. For anyone reading this, there's nothing stopping them from initiating surprise fees for any loans you take out. Do you really want to bank with an institution that would do this to you?

      Edit 1/6/22: I HATE WELLBY! RUN! The absolute worst customer service and SO many added fees! I have 6 accounts including an Auto loan and CC with them and I'm closing all of them. It takes weeks to get any response, even in secure messaging through mobile banking. I was with them for 14 years and I cannot wait to close my accounts. 2019: Poonam did an amazing job assisting me with my new auto loan. I had already financed a vehicle prior but this second time was for a much larger purchase than the first. She thoroughly explained the warranties and gap insurance and was just overall great to work with. It was easy, efficient, and I got a great interest rate!!

      I’ve been banking with JSC for about ten years and I’ve executed several loans in that time. The new loan process, which excludes face-to-face and/or voice interaction, is disappointing to say the least. And the lack of effective communication that occurs during this electronic process is very frustrating. I took the day off to execute a new loan and was told there “is no timeline” we can provide at this point in time for the final approval. This will result in me taking another day off.

      The team at this branch is always friendly and knowledgeable, but the fact that they have to keep returning money mistakenly being taken from my account is not ok. Charges for overdrafts when I’ve never had an overdraft, again not ok. The worst part? If I didn’t watch my account daily I wouldn’t even be aware of these bogus charges. Unacceptable. Currently looking for a new bank.

      Poor, poor customer service. Manager didn't want to speak with me regarding my issue. She had no one in her office while I was sitting out in the lobby waiting to speak with her. When she noticed I was watching her, she got up and started working the drive thru with the other two tellers, while I continued to sit in the lobby waiting to speak with her. I finally asked if I could get service going through the drive thru instead. Really poor customer service model.
