New Western has an excellent team of agents. They are extremely responsive and have proven themselves over and over again. An example was when after reviewing several properties, we found the one that we wanted to purchase. It was after 5 pm and we knew the house was being considered by others that were reviewing the house at the same time we were. The other potential buyer sounded excited with what he saw. However, I knew that the house was the right investment for us. So, on the way back home, we called New Western - who had brought us the great find - and they secured the purchase for us that night. Their agent drove over an hour just to meet us to sign papers that night for a cash purchase. Excellent service.
