      After a hectic morning we got to the bank right before closing, because of this we were prepared to be turned away or asked to schedule an appointment since this wasn't a regular transaction. Which we would have totally understood! We were immediately greeted by Ben, he asked about our needs and then advised a few different options. After giving us some insight to to our situation, we were sat with JaKayla - she was so kind, and personable! She made the transition so easy and seamless for us. We ended up finishing AFTER closing, but we never felt rushed or like a burden. Couldn't be happier!

      Horrible service, we had a question on our account and was told by Saraida and Samir to come back in 2 hours to speak to Samir. We arrived at 3:30pm as promised and waited for 40 more mins until finally Saraida realized she had nothing else to do except twiddle her thumbs and decide to help us. She promised to remove a fee if we transfer a significant amount of money. We transferred the money while she was talking to us! Never removed the fee, in fact they charged another fee again. When I tried calling back Samir several times he didn’t answer nor call back! April was really rude on the phone and was too lazy to transfer the phone call or send an email to Seriada as she said she would! Been a customer for over 18 years and never had an issue with the service, recently the new employees are so rude, lazy and really don’t care about their jobs or the customer. Closing down my account and signing up for online banking as I currently have no issues with my savings in Ally, Wells Fargo, Capital one and Amex!

      Disappointing to say the least. Aarti was not only by herself but the manager sat at a desk most of the time I was there. Never did he look up to see if anyone needed assistance. I truly understand that he may have been busy but this is customer service; he could have at least looked up and acknowledged the people in the lobby. He eventually came to assist. I also shared this concern with him as well

      Terrible customer service Went in to open an open an account & from beginning to end they the person who greeted me & person who did my account to be rude & condescending… never go back to that branch!!

      I have read many negative reviews but my experience’s with this Bank of America is actually pretty good. I had to open a savings account today and it went quite smooth. The tellers are always polite and helpful as well. Most of the time, banks are short handed just like local businesses because all they care about now is their bottom line. You just have to have some patience these days when dealing with walk in businesses.

      They tried to steal my great uncle's house because they were putting his mortgage payments in an escrow account instead of putting them towards his mortgage. They foreclosed many houses but thankfully he kept his. They are also holding a deceased friend's money even though she left it to my grandmother. All her bills were paid but they won't let her have it.

      I have had a Bank of America account for over 10 years and only had the displeasure of going to this branch twice and both time they where no help and had to go to the one in Bay Conany and they helped me out no problem. This time I had an old short teller ( I wish I new her name ) but she didnt even try to run my card cause the reader she use was not plugged in I even heard her talk to the supervisor about it. She came back and told me it was denied when I gave her push back she hit a bell and refused to talk to till manager came and guess who it was the lady from my first bad experience FML I'll never go there again.

      The wait here is too long. Every inside transaction takes 30 plus mins. If you can avoid this location i would. Last time i got a trainee and she got confused and i had to go back to the business and double check everything. Then i had to go back and make my deposits. All this at my expense, if i could have given them zero stars thats what i would have given them.

      The drive-thru is obnoxiously slow. You can sit in the line and watch these girls from your car and see they like talking to each other more than doing their job. Inside isn't much better... and don't worry about leaving your job early to make it to the bank in time, they shutter up by 4. I thought normal banking hours were 9-5?! They are more frustration than I feel they are worth, which is why I use Wells Fargo now.
