I’ve had maybe 2 interactions where employees weren’t nice. The reason for the lower rating is I paid off an old account last year (credit card that was closed with a balance from my young and dumb days). I simply asked for proof it was paid in full and kept being told someone would contact me, but no one ever did and the ones who told me I’d hear from someone would stop responding. Then suddenly my credit report was updated with negative information. That experience left a sour taste. I was never rude, disrespectful or demanding. I’m not sure what prompted this experience since I was told I could become a member again.
