Excellent company. Amy and her team have provided awesome service to my clients time and time again, and I never hesitate to send anyone their way. Their focus is on what's easiest for the client rather than what's easiest for them, and they regularly get creative to find solutions for out of state clients, unique family situations, etc. I highly recommend Gibraltar!

The building is easy to find, but parking was a little confusing. There are only around 4-6 parking spots at the "front" of the building, and there was some working going on so I had to back out. There is a multilevel parking ramp behind the building that wasn't immediately visible. From the ramp you may need to take the stairs/elevator up to level one to walk to the lobby of the Olympic Place office building Gibraltar Title is in. There are eight floors, Gibraltar is on the second floor. We had to wait 30 minutes past our appointment before they were ready for us, but everyone was pleasant and the paperwork went pretty quickly. Everyone in the office days they have been vaccinated, and face masks are optional. They will wear a mask if you feel more comfortable that way, or everyone can be unmasked. There were hand sanitizer stations in the building and sanitizer in the Gibraltar office suite also.

We recently purchased some property next to our home that was landlocked and had all sorts of issues with easements, loans, etc. We hit so many hurdles and dead ends over 6-7 weeks that we were just about to give up on the purchase. Jeff at Gibraltar Title stepped in, and got everything settled, and closed in about two weeks after we first contacted him. I truly think that we Jeff was the only person who could have completed this deal for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish.
