Reliance Bank 30th St, Faribault

My husband and I have banked here for many years. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Especially after my husband passed away, they answered any questions I had and were extremely helpful. I like that they always seem to recognize me and call me by my first name even when I go through the drive-through.

Great customer service, whether I'm opening a new account, getting a loan or dropping off a deposit, everybody has been great. Especially sending home the dog treats when our old dog couldn't make it in, really made our day not to mention our dogs when we got home.

We love dealing with Reliance Bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always know who we are and call us by name. Excellent customer service. :-)
