We joined in the 1980's because we found it to be friendly and custom oriented. I could walk into the North St. Paul branch and talk to real people. Now they put up roadblocks to working with staff. Have a simple request? Call the central switchboard number and spend 10-15 minutes on hold, if you are lucky. The final straw was going into the office with a question on my mortgage and being given a phone number to call to resolve a problem. I could not talk to a representative without making an appointment. I got home and found the number was a fax number. I had two options call the central switchboard and be put on a long hold or drive up to the Woodbury office again to have a teller give me the correct loan servicing number. Customer service NEVER was this poor with this credit union even 10 years ago. Attention to detail is an important feature when closing on properties and when simple scheduling times can not be accounted for it raises some concerns on the accuracy of paperwork. Trademark Title is a large company, volume appears to be their specialty not so great with customer service. Since 2014 I have attended 8 closings, my recent Trademark Title experience ranks at the very bottom.”

I was with spire credit union and with in a month spire wanted 15% interest. So I just happen to call affinity before I was going to have to sign my life away to spire. they only wanted 6 percent interest. I was very happy to hear that and then I changed every thing to affinty and dropped spire because I see who's really watching out for there customers now. Thanks affinity plus for all ways helping me out.”

It shouldn't be this hard. I Wanted to apply with a local lender but I'll be looking elsewhere now.”
