Trademark Title Kenwood Trl, Lakeville

Consider using a different title company. Attention to detail is an important feature when closing on properties and when simple scheduling times can not be accounted for it raises some concerns on the accuracy of paperwork. Trademark Title is a large company, volume appears to be their specialty not so great with customer service. Since 2014 I have attended 8 closings, my recent Trademark Title experience ranks at the very bottom.

Melony was so great and easy to work with! Precise, punctual and efficient. I closed via web chat while traveling internationally through an online notary service sipping coffee from the comfort of my kitchen island. Crazy. What can I say about Trademark Title?? How about that they do literally everything, perfect! I have been using Trademark Title and my Closer, Melony Steber, for nearly 15 years now. The firs time I ever worked with them, I told them I'll stop using them as soon as they give me a reason to. That was nearly 15 years ago, and I'm still waiting for a reason to switch. They do everything right, from start to finish. The closing is the final step in any real estate transaction, so it's really important it goes well and with no mistakes. When working with Trademark, I never have to worry about anything. Once I've turned my paperwork into their office, I literally never have to check up again. I get regular updates about the progress of the closing and am never in the dark. No problems, and no worries.
