Hi Caleb, I’m sorry that your experience here was less than expected. I don't recall at any time, giving off a “screw you” Attitude. I was simply making sure that the right person was purchasing(filling out the paperwork) for the firearm, straw purchases are highly illegal. We are required by federal law to find out who the legal buyer is, this requires some blunt questions to get the needed answers. If you felt like I gave your wife more attention that is because she was the one shopping for the firearm, It was not my intention to exclude you. Had you asked to see anything I would have shown it to you. We do believe in having fun atmosphere here with each other and our customers. I thought you were engaging in the banter, I must have misunderstood or misheard something that was said. Since it made you uncomfortable, I’m terribly sorry for letting it go that far. While I was with the both of you at the firearm counter, we were alone. I do not believe that the barrel of anything I showed the both of you was pointed in an unsafe manner at any time. A one-star review is always going to warrant an investigation from the Management. I watched the video in real time from start to finish. I even paused and scrutinized portions of the video. My observations reflected a seriously different story than your review. I watched every time Devin passed you or your wife a gun. Every time she touched one and pulled it out of the case, it was locked back visually checked and handed to you or your wife butt first. On the one occasion she did not do this it was placed on the counter pointing parallel to the counter. I had an experienced employee also watch the video, he also found zero incidents of unsafe gun handling by Devin. I encourage you to come in and review the video with me. On the subject of unsafe gun handling there are some concerns on your end. In a gun store it is frowned upon when a customer turns around and points a gun across a store where other customers are milling about. One time you did that another customer walked by creating an unsafe condition. I found zero incidents of Devin pointing a gun at anyone at all. I have worked with Devin for multiple years and that type of behavior would be way out of character for her. Your other concerns about Devin's banter and kidding around. Guys and gals in the gun business tend to be able to take care of themselves. Our store has a bit of a dark sense of humor. Too far sometimes, yes. On the video I never saw you look like you were uncomfortable. I saw you smiling and laughing. Devin told me in the interrogation I gave her that you were even joking along with her. Based on the video I would agree with her. I was not here and only have the video to go by, so there is always room for nuance. Your wife completed the purchase, why would you do that if everything else you said is true? I apologize that your experience was not what you're looking for, however I found no evidence that what you experienced happened in the manner you claim. Sorry you had a poor experience. I have double checked the offer you were given. I agree with my staff that you were offered a fair price on a 2 year old computer. I have found the same model computer online for less than $600 when new, that was an old price, discontinued long ago. While I did not see the condition of your system and accessories it is hard to see how it could be worth half of new after 2 years. We are now less than 30 days away from black Friday and older technology values are going to trend down sharply with Christmas sales. Also did not appear to be windows 11 updatable, so the value is falling fast. I am sorry we were unable to help and we are sorry the value just was not there for us at your price. Edit: In response to your edit. This gaming computer was discontinued quite a while ago. Finding it still for sale and available to purchase two years after you bought yours is an indicator that it won't sell well in today's market. While I understand your position in this, computers gaming or otherwise just do not age well. I often have and sell gaming computers here, our top 2 employees are self admitted gamers. I'm sorry your upset. A After reviewing this for a second time I still think we gave you a fair offer for a computer that we could buy new on clearance for less than half of what you paid 2 years ago. I also dispute the claim that we just have junk items, if I remember correctly you were trying to trade your computer for items in the store.
