I planned in advance. I came in a week before my client was to arrive from Alabama and met with Fidel Munoz. Mr. Munoz assured me he could help. He said he would email me the list of documents but never did. I came back in on Tuesday to check on status and confirmed everything he needed to set up the account. I then sent Mr. Munoz all the court documents. My client flew in during the pandemic as required. When we arrived on Friday, we were told they would not set up the account. Shocked and dismayed, my client could not do what the court ordered her to do. Even the manager refused to help and did not seem to understand the letter of office.. I was hoping to establish a relationship with 5/3 because they are so close to my office and I can kick them so much business, but unfortunately, they are too incompetent. Very embarrassed that I put my client through this.”
