Excellent service and follow through !!!!! I recently worked with Brad and had a remarkable experience. He was able to provide me with results in three weeks for a car title issue I had been working on with another currency exchange for over a year. He was professional, efficient, and updated me every step of the way. I would give him 10 stars .......

I asked for a money order for $142.00, but was given a $140.00 money order, I told the clerk she made an error for the wrong amount. I was told I had to pay her $2.00 to correct it. I told her she made the mistake not me.she then refused to give me a receipt, showing I had to pay her for her mistake. I told her I was going to report this, and called there complaints number. I spoke with Brad who was rude.and told me to bring in the receipt and I would be given the two dollars back,and to take my business elsewhere. This employee is taking money from seniors and taking it for herself. Shame on the management and this Hispanic worker.

This is the worst Currency Exchange in the world! There is a short old lady with a balding grey haircut, she has the worst customer service in the world! The system is always down anytime she works! I will never patronize this dump! Rude, Extremely unprofessional, just tacky! She really hates her job! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! U HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The black girl that works there was asking all kind of crazy questions that I have never been asked in my life. I came there to cash my state Paycheck and she asked all kinds of suspicious questions. Everyone is not a scam artist. She has no professionalism and lack customer service skills.

Went in to get a city sticker . Right when I entered lady shouted rudely that internet is down. Rudely told me to come back later. Never coming back here again. Highly unprofessional.

The worst service. Went in there today to change a title and they told me they couldn't do it because the title had a Lein on it when it's clearly signed in the front .the worst service ever .came to a PLS up the street and they did it no questions asked. Not the first time I've ever had a problem here. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Since they have new owners. I HATE IT!!! I'm not able to do anything I use do there because of all these lil new dumb a** changes!
