Didn't even acknowledge my questions. She then lied about how she never heard me, but yet she talked over me mmm OKAY!! I am currently dealing with fraud on my credit card and they transferred me to the fraud department. While going through the automated line, it had me to input my credit card number. Fine, but then when I have someone on the line, I need to give them my WHOLE credit card number because they couldnt see any information. I am super confused cause I was given a case number FROM LOOKOUT and they should be able to look it up with that but I guess not nor would they want that information. Also i have been given different numbers for the fraud department to reach out if i have any questions. From the sounds of everything so far (and still dealing with fraud), lookout credit union does now have their own fraud department for this situation. I have recieved barely any help, just transfers between departments that keep giving different information. I also updated my mailing address and apparently it's not updated or the fraud department can't see it, but they can see my old address. So I am gonna have to wait until they open their office and give them a call to make sure my address is updated, also to make sure that i can get updates. Do not go through this bank at all, it's caused nothing but pain and misery.”

In dire need of assistance with a loan bank is completely non willing to work with me even though I don't pay any of my utilities right now or rent. Never had a penny of debt always have made payments and they have never needed financial assistance. I'm 167% over their limit but I don't pay any utilities or rent so that should put me 167% below their limit. I thought they were about helping the community not hurting them. I asked for a 50 month payment plan back but with not having to pay any bills I could probably do it in 30 months,; at all the bonuses and taxes I could probably get it done in 15. If helping the community and helping their members really did matter I feel like they would be at least willing to sit down and try to figure something out to help me in my situation. I wonder if I was a single mother struggling just as bad if the loan would have been approved immediately.”
