They have very nice staff. Some in to big of a hurry. Several papers were missed causing multiple trips and stress. We closed on time but too many mistakes. Warm cookies are no worth the headache.

Great staff hope to do more biz with them

I've worked with 4 of the local title companies and while all of them were helpful I've found that North Idaho Title, and especially Beverly, has been extremely accommodating. Very responsive to communication, professional and willing to go above and beyond to help us get some fairly complicated scenarios closed. Half a dozen deals the last 6 months and they remain consistent, they will always have our business.

These folks did an awesome job on our title work. They worked hard, responded quickly to our questions or gave us direction to the proper parties. I felt more informed with them, then our realtor and lender. Parking is easy in the garage below and they keep your nerves in check with beverages and soft warm cookies. That being said, I felt as if they were in a hurry and while happy we accomplished what we did, we were just a number of many during a busy day.

So far a great experience, everyone so helpful. I also appreciate it when companies communicate
