I came to the branch to simply add my wife to my account after opening an account yesterday. Upon entry Zoey advises that they are closing in 30 minutes and I should come back Monday. I advise that I just need to add my wife to my account and take a seat. I listen as Kwame makes promise after promise to another customer that the bank is always available to them and to reach out if they ever need anything. He also indicates that customer service is their top priority. At about 12:05 p.m. Zoey and Kwame get together and have a conversation for about 10 minutes. Kwame then helps another customer that walked in after us. Kwame later comes out after we have been waiting 45 minutes now and tells my family that he was booked solid for today and cannot help us. He literally just took care of someone else but refused to assist us. By far the worse banking experience. I will be closing my newly opened account Monday. UPDATE: I contacted the customer support center as indicated below and waited on hold for over 10 minutes and nobody answered. It appears the lack of customer service is reflective at this level as well. This bank seems to be a real let down and is simply full of empty promises. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.”

The closing paper work had multiple errors the biggest one being the incorrect folio # recorded on the deed. This error was brought to our attention November 2021- it is now June 2022 & the corrective paper work has still not been filed. While Haley is kind and responsive there has been absolutely no urgency. I am exhausted from going back and forth with the county, the mortgage company, the attorney and everyone at #PriorityNationalTitle . My dad suddenly passed away a couple weeks after selling the house & I cannot even grieve my father or be excited about our new home. The property taxes are all messed up- homestead exemptions- green belts etc. I absolutely do not recommend Priority National Title Services. They do not care- they have no urgency and do not pay attention to detail. If I could give ZERO STARS I would have.”

This bank, yes I said bank, they are not a credit union in my book because they are for profit not non-profit. I signed for a 7% interest rate and they were scamming. I've been paying on my loan for 1 year and 3 months and out of over $5000 Grow has pocketed over 3k of it. When I called to find out why they are over charging me for interest they said oh you have to pay $5.40 a day PLUS interest!!! So no matter how much you owe you will always have to pay a minimum of $162 A MONTH for them to just HOLD the loan! So I'm not paying 7% interest I'm actually paying 14!!! I have good credit and could have gotten my loan from anyone!! I didn't pay this much when I was paying Capital 1 28% for my very first auto loan! Whatever you do, don't EVER get a auto loan from this fraudulent, predatory BANK. Hard money lenders don't charge this much!!”

I will use him again and refer my friends to him. I recommend him.”
