When I had a heart attack and was in the hospital this company worked with me. I almost felt like they were more concerned about my health then the financial matter. Thank you for seeing me through it

Financed me with horrible credit! I made my payments on time and YES they do report to the credit agencies. Their team is nice and easy to make payments over the phone. I wish they were more current with reporting (they are behind a few months from what i can see) If they were just one month behind on reporting that would probably help a lot of people

Awful service. I always feel that they try to create penalties to receive extra money. I bought this car with a promise of having this loan reported to my credit, which never happen. And that was almost 9 months ago. I already ask them to do that but they never did. But if I fail my payment one day, on the very next morning they call me to figure it out when I'm going to pay. They have an awful customer service.

    • Wonderful to work with this company because of Tracy.. To no fault of the company a girl totaled my new/ used vehicle. Thankfully they set me up with the right gap insurance and took the time to assist my stressed out craziness. A+ customer service from Tracy and I can’t recommend her enough.

This place is trash. Wish I had read some reviews before I financed through them. I have been making on time payments for a year without being late and they have not reported to the credit bureau ONCE! When I asked them they say it will be fixed by march but reading other reviews it looks like this has been an issue they have promised to resolve for a while now. I am not holding my breath. I bet if I was late or they repossessed my car it would be reported. But their software doesn't work right. The customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. They suck their teeth and over talk you. And I swear they are charging me more than agreed. I can't prove it but after a year of payments (over $4000) my balance should be lower. I will be refinancing through my bank. This place is garbage....I will probably be opening a case with the BBB as well.

They do not report to the creditors. Only negative none positive like stated. 24% interest rate on a car with a bad transmission. They promised to fix it then when it came time to pay the shop they said we'll if you can't pay it then we just do a voluntary repo. Because you can't afford the car plus repairs. Mind you I have to but a brand new battery to just drive it off the lot. They car lot masked the transmission issue until I felt it 3 days into the car. Immediately called PFS and the car lot and they assured me they would fix it. So the bill was 3400. PFS refused to pay it. Good lenders would have at the least paid it then added it into my loan. But they are just not good. Money hungry.

The managers lie about why they are not reporting payments and even whole accounts with a year of payment history to the credit bureaus, but have letter from one manager that says they normally do and send updated payments, but have a broken software reporting issue they just discovered ..that started in July, but was discovered first in April, , then it was supposedly March, oh no, ah, November. Then they ad it was actually the credit bureaus fault, and they were fixing it. All a lie, called Equifax, Transunion, Experian, they know of no such problem or any reporting done by PFS. Customers have had cars towed and reposessed, credit destroyed, housing loans turned down. They threaten people who call to find out why they wont honor their word and contracts with customers, and will most likely wind up with a class action suit, all because they will not simply fax the reports to the credit bureaus.

Worst finance company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PSA:read reviews before signing final paperwork!! These people have some of the worst customer service skills in the business, and they are so disorganized they sometimes call twice weekly with new due dates and such??? So to top off everything i just listed...are you ready.....? I make my 401$ car payment on 1/15/2018 and ask the lady on the other end when do u guys report? She replies once monthly, but i dont have the exact date, if u need the exact date you would have to call our headquarters and they will be able to answer any of the credit bureau related questions....so i did.. I then spoke to a lady saying nothing has been reported yet due to a "system update" they are undergoing??? Mind you i took the loan out in late august of 2017??? So the open loan doesnt show on my credit nor do my 5 payment made show either!! This information is accurate because i reviewed this with my credit union..now if im making payments and in good standing why not report?? Allegedly the "system update" should be done at the end of march but reading other reviews this so called update has been going on for 2 years!!!!!???? This has really hindered me financially and i dont appreciate how they are conducting business...i reported them to the BBB, im writing a review here, and i will likely be speaking to the CEO of the company soon as well(thats if he/she isnt out of the country for 3 weeks on vacation...lol) The run around isnt necessary and again i will state DO NOT finance your car with this company...they will take u for a ride..

They have awesome customer service! Every single time I speak with someone they are friendly and sweet. I had to make sure to get on here after looking up their number to call them and seeing these bad reviews. PFS Financial Services has always been very pleasant and helpful company to talk to.
