Would like to say Connie was very professional and polite.. She went through everything with me page by page.. Making sure i understand everything.. I was very very happy about my credit score.. It went up tremendously by me making my payments on time. I would rate my experience 5 stars.

Connie Bickers was so nice and pleasant during my time in the establishment. She made me feel so comfortable and we were able to get things done in a very timely manner. Not only did she take care of me, but a few others while I was there and every person left with a smile! She is very hardworking, managing the branch alone and I was impressed and surprised with her attitude and work ethic, especially now during the pandemic. She definitely deserves a raise!

I RECENTLY HAD TO TAKE A LOAN OUT BUT RAN INTO A LIL ISSUUE IN THE PROCESS. DIANA BROWN WENT BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS ABLE TO GET A LOAN. DIANA BROWN IS ONE OF A VERY HELPFUL CARING PERSON I CAME ACROSS AND IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY PERSON!!!
