Allied Capital Title W Springfield Ave, Champaign

Terrible experience. Closed on a home in July 2020, and it turns out, Allied Title never filed the title work with the county. The home hasn't been in our name for a year. Have been calling for 3 days with no resolution and no calls back. Do yourself a favor and pick a different title company.

I recently moved to this area from Chapel hill NC I came in to this facility to take care of some business in an upper suite. There was no available seating upstairs or should I say the door does not open until a certain time. I came in this office to sit for 5 minutes and the lady looked appalled as if I killed her dog. She did not greet me as if I may need assistance. She instead spoke to me in a rude manor as if I were beneath her and her coworker did the same. She told me to leave. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. This lady was very nasty. I honestly hate this entire state!

Couldn't provide documents/fees for our mortgage company in a timely manner which caused our closing to have to be moved and us scrambling to hopefully close it (fingers crossed it doesn't make us loose this house). Also, they couldn't even put the correct loan number on some of their documents. I am severally disappointed in their carelessness and would never do business with them.

No other company could have done what you did today from a customer service and logistics standpoint. It was amazing. I recommend them.
