Jeffrey R3Notice to those making inside deposits or withdrawals : there are no actual tellers here, you will be doing a video chat or text with a machine to make your deposit or withdrawal with a teller off site. Pretty much a supercharged ATM. There were representatives there to help guide me through the process, and they were helpful. Personally, I would much rather deal with a teller face to face at the counter in person. Although this location is much more convenient for me, I'll be making the trip to the Apple Valley location from now on.

Patrick Ned Ryan2Automated answering service is sub par. Pick up the phone! I've also deposited checks in the automated teller machines that do not get processed for up to 3 weeks.

The delayed check deposit experience sounds like it might have had some special circumstances, but if you couldn't get in touch that understandably makes things frustrating. We also rolled out a virtual assistant that can escalate issues to a live representative. It's in CU Online now, and will be coming to the mobile app.
