Chelsey :p1Horrible experience! Went to the ATM to get my money and the ATM went down and still took money out of my account now I have to wait 10 business days in order to get it back! That is ridiculous once I get my money back I am switching banks.

Jace Sanders1This branch used to be phenomenal. Great staff That remembered your name. They would say hi when you walk through the door. They closed the drive-through, down to one register, wait in line for 10 minutes to meet with the branch manager who talks down to you like you haven’t been a customer for 20 years and don’t have a dozen accounts. But even if I was a new customer and only had one account you shouldn’t treat people like they’re wasting your time. I’m switching banks. *edit to add, I opened an account with First Bank. Told them the story of the WF manager...they've heard similar stories from their new (former WF) customers.

Wade Anthony Cadman5This Wells Fargo Is Awesome. I tried to cash a Check for my Car but Coparts Tow People Didn't Sign a Check over 1000$. Kinda Sus but DMV is going Automated. Soon Banks, Social security and DMV will all be One... Maybe even A DES like How Home Depot Has A Garden Center =^-^= 🏡💍😍⛄🎄

Jason Riley1I've been banking with them so long, I remember when they staffed their drive thru during all hours they were open. I EVEN remember when they provided easy contact information for a business banker I could call and talk to about my account. Ahh! The good ol' days. At least their fees are going up effective November 15th, according to the account change notifications (automated email) I received earlier this month.

Cassandra Quintana5I spoke with Carmen, over the phone, and before I even set up an appointment for a replacement card, she let me know I didn’t need an appointment and she helped me figure out how to set up Apple Pay. Which was awesome of her. She had great customer service and was very knowledgeable.

Gina Bovara5This is a great branch to work with - in particular, Thuy Nguyen is an amazing banker. With her, you will always receive service with a smile! I never have to wait long to do business, access a notary, or a bank with a teller. The ATM always has cash and is easy to access whether it's in the drive-up lane or in the lobby. It's also convenient that a Safeway and Dollar Store are in the same plaza.

Joshua Perry1Their lobby is not open. Everything is through the drive through. I’ve been in line for almost an hour currently. Haven’t moved forward in 15-20 mins. Idk who runs the Wells Fargo branches but, I’ve yet to go to one that’s run well. Edit: The tellers were the friendliest that I’ve met at a Wells Fargo.

Shea Dilly5I've been to this location since I started banking with them when I was a kid. The tellers have always been nice, social, and helpful. I stop by every few weeks for basic transactions and it's quick and easy every time. I also had a solid experience when I went in and sat down with an employer to talk about possibly getting an auto loan. Great and convenient location with good service.

John S1Avoid this Wells Fargo, 1090 E Ray Rd, Chandler, AZ 85225, at all costs. I have been to this location 4 times and have yet to have good service. Don't get me wrong, I like Wells Fargo, just not this location. They are conveniently close to my home, but have horrible customer service. They always seem short on tellers as the wait times have been quite long for me each time. They also have much different policies then other Wells Fargo branches. Why? Actually I don't care why, it's just stupid! Each time I have had to drive to the Wells Fargo at 4505 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018. I know it's not convenient for everyone, but it's close to my work. Take a look at their reviews! What a difference when it comes to customer service.
