WCCU has destroyed our credit because they wrongfully submitted a "Delinquent Report" to the credit reporting agencies on an account with a Zero Balance on a Construction loan, just days after we signed for the loan in October of 2021. We did not know this until we seen our FICO score on a credit card in January of 2022 and this is when we tried making calls to WCCU. We had already connected with Transunion on who made such a report on us. This is in violation of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) We had to hire an outside law firm to fix our credit scores. This comes with a price $$$$. Not one of the people we left messages with has returned our calls. Also, there was a wrongful deposit into our savings account and then when it was realized, they subtracted it from our checking account. We have lost faith in a credit union we had put trust in with all our accounts. It shocks us on how they have not connected with us. This is NO way to treat clients. VERY DISAPPOINTED Now we are seeing increases in insurance rates and so on. It takes time for The Big 3 (Transunion, Experian and Equifax) to make these corrections and it has certainly disrupted our lives!!

January 5 I just saw WCCU charged me for 1,128 $. I gave them a call and asked them for a reason. They said you didn’t send us the documents about your insurance and we made a Insurance for your vehicle. But they never e mail, call or messaged me about that. That’s happened when I all ready have insurance. Anyway I sent them my documents and they said that’s not full coverage you have to make full one. I said all right and we made new one with banker and then she said you will have your refund in 2 days! I got my refund after 7 days but not fully just 708.83 $. And than I called them back and asked for total amount which is 1.128$. They said we charged you because your insurance wasn’t full coverage. There’s bank ; they never asked, e mailed, called or inform you and after 3 months they just charged you without your permission without saying anything! That’s fraud, that’s gotten gain’s, that’s is robbery and this is exactly injustice ..

Not a fan. My son is disabled and receives SSI income but they require a person to keep $50 in savings instead of the typical $5 at most credit institutions- moving my son’s account to US bank. they do not require a minimum balance. Also, they decline a lot of debit card transactions when they are closed. I LIVE in Wisconsin Dells so they shouldn’t decline transactions in the area. When I spoke to someone they claimed it is because fraud is high in the Dells.

This bank or “credit union” is by far the worst bank I have ever worked with and I have never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life (and I even work in the customer service industry)! I unfortunately have had a car loan with WCCU for the past 4 years now and there is not a single hoop you have to jump through to keep them happy - yes you heard that right - you must keep them happy, not they keep you, the customer, happy. And if WCCU makes a mistake or you want something done, you pretty much have to call, message, email, or contact them in some sort of way at the very minimum 101 times until they start to understand what you want or actually do what you want them to do. You also have to talk to at least 5 different people before you get your answer if you have a question or need something done, every single time you call. The consistency to what they tell their customers their “rules or policies” are are absolutely asinine. One minute customers are allowed to do this, and the next it’s something completely different. Or this person can do that, but another one can’t. And if you want to make any changes to your account information, let’s say for example if you move far away and you get a new phone number - even if you can confirm who you are over the phone to an associate with multiple identifications and have have all of your account information to also confirm it’s you and it’s your account - that still doesn’t matter. You actually have to come into the bank and confirm your identity to change any account information. Also, if you manage to finally get something done it takes a minimum of 5-7 business to accomplish this process. If I would have known of all these ridiculous problems with this bank before I went for my car loan I think I would have rather road my bike to work every day. This company is trash. Don’t ever do business with them.

Tried to call ahead of time more than once and sat on hold much longer than anyone would be comfortable with. Went in person and was told that the loan officer was busy all night and then I asked for a manager to express frustrations the woman at the desk got an attitude saying the loan officer is the manager. How can anyone get anything done when on the phone you can’t get anyone and then in person you can’t get anyone as well! This was my first time ever here and it will be my last. Also instead of trying to get the managers attention the cashier tried very hard to deny me any type of help. And then she just walked away. Yikes!

It's a good place to get cash. If you have a debit card like Chime and Green Dot without getting charged for bank fees. Also if you have a card from a different credit union you will not be charged.

Ok I thought still enough time..I came in spoke to a teller, I said want to open an account, She says it takes about 45 min, and they close at 5pm. I said website says 6pm. She said I know, can you come in tomorrow between 8 -12. I said no, I guess I try next week sometime. They lost me as wouldbe customer. And now reading the reviews, I'm glad I didnt. Called ahead for an appointment at 440. Got turned away. Despite what they say online, or in a phone call, this bank is not willing to help anyone who enters the lobby after 440. I was stunned how rude my tellar was. This bank clearly has no interest in the person. Only whites need apply

Would give zero stars if possible! I’m having a serious issue with my accounts right now and left at a ZERO dollar balance due to mobile deposit apparently not working. I called and spoke with Connie about this issue and she HUNG UP ON ME because they were closing within 5 minutes. If I ever deal with anyone at any place more unprofessional than this one i would be VERY shocked.

Went through WCCU Lake Delton for an auto loan. Great interest rates. Anet was very helpful and got me in and out in less than an hour from start to finish.
