      Brandon was our agent. He was great at answering all our questions quickly and got us our beautiful home. Dane county title was awesome in helping us close quickly with no hiccups our signing was quick, organized and friendly. I would highly recommend both

      Heather our closing agent told me she had sent the full packet of closing docs for our review. In fact, she sent only 5 pages out of the 19 page set. When I inquired about this and requested she send the full packet, she rudely told me she has been working 14 hour days and if I really needed the docs, she would have to reschedule our closing. We live in Illinois and are used to having our attorney review docs for us. She was not understanding at all. I understand they are busy but helping a customer while maintaining a professional demeanor is important. We closed remotely and we’re told our funds would be overnighted. We received the funds via currier a few days later. There is much room for improvement here!
