Glen Mason5I contacted VyStar several times on documents I was to receive concerning a loan. While everyone I spoke to was pleasant and courteous, Regina was the one to research and identify why I had not received the forms. DeBorah Simpson5We moved from Lake City to Gainesville in April. The Lake City staff, every one of them, was so friendly and helpful. It felt like you were walking into "Cheers" the way you were greeted. We didn't get that same experience at the 34th st. branch. In fact, I didn't know my member number, on one visit, and I got to experience a lecture from the teller (no names) about the importance of having my member number available and how this teller would take the extra time to look it up. The teller was definitely in a huff as this teller went through deliberate movements to express the displeasure I caused. But today, a breath of fresh air. My daughter did not have her member number and told the teller so. I thought oh no. But, by the time my daughter finished filling out her withdrawal slip, Ebony Edwards was ready to call out her member number so she could write it on the slip. Not kidding, I was shocked. Ebony has helped us before and has always been what I expect from a bank teller; helpful, courteous and friendly. So nice to see her smiling face each time we come in. Clone her; please (not literally of course!). Thanks.

Maria Plunkett1This is the worst possible time for them to have a system-wide outage. I have to make final arrangements for my father, a veteran, and it has been EXTREMELY difficult to do so without being able to access my account information online or on the app. I do not have time to go to an ATM nor do I have my member ID which I was told would not really be necessary when I set up my account. I had liked them in the past, but Vystar has seriously let me down in a HUGE way when I needed them most. Going on almost a week of outages is absolutely unacceptable. The wait time for the phones is almost an hour. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will be changing banks as soon as this fiasco is resolved.
