      This company does a great job. Communication is on point and they make sure that they are proactive in getting all information to get the job finished on time and correctly.

      Very Poor.. It was a divorce property and obvious has disputes.. The Title company neither had the expertise to handle the transaction with proper attitude neither the excellence. On top Keith Barrett lied point blank. There was a need to change the Cost settlement summary.. He informed me that any change needs to go thru the buyers lenders and he could not make the changes while I was waiting. It did make sense so I left and came back to another location to complete process. When I went to sign back, someone else made a mistake in the same page and immediately made changes.. And surprisingly this time, it did not require that "Oh So Important Landor's pre approval"? CAN I TRUST this company? And yes, it was Almighty Oh So Cool Mr. Keith B.

      If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. This company failed at so many points of a simple cash settlement, there is no word other than incompetent to describe them. Except maybe criminal, as they tried to keep $4,000 in security deposits related to rent-backs, through a variety of policy-changes and failures to act. I can't believe they can stay in business this way.
