Samantha at Prime Title was AMAZING. It was by far the best closing I’ve ever had. She was professional, timely, and informative. Everything went very smoothly before and during closing. She also was extremely accommodating and flexible to make us feel safe during the pandemic! The rates were competitive and so was the service! You really can’t beat them. Adam, Samantha, and everyone I worked with at Prime title was amazing in helping with the purchase of my first home. I signed paperwork with Adam and even though it was to take around 40 minutes, it felt like 15. He was thorough but properly succinct in his explanations, and a lot of fun to talk to! If I go through this process again in the future, I wouldn't think about using another title company other than Prime Title. Highly recommended!

RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FAIRLY PRICED! I decided to shop for my own Title Company in Virginia because the Lender's closing fees were high. When I found Prime Title in Northern VA with a perfect 5.0 star rating, I stopped looking. I sent the email inquiry on Friday night, was called Saturday morning by Adam, and closed a week later with ZERO issues. During my initial call, I explained my situation to Adam that I was looking to lower my closing costs but really just wanted a fair price. Adam's price was $700 lower than the lender's own affiliate company, and their services included the Title Abstract, Title Exam, Lender's Title Insurance, and Closing Fee. His company appreciates Veterans and LEOs and it was reflective in their competitive price. During the week of Closing prep, Samantha, Prime Title's Processor, kept me apprised of each step of the way and answered every question about the title search and payoff letter request. During Settlement, Adam explained each document and made an hour fly by quickly with his personable demeanor. I recommend their services to you, 5/5.

Good reviews and for good reason: I choose Prime Title & Escrow for my refinance because they had the lowest fees and best reviews of all nearby title companies. I was not disappointed. They straightened things out even when my lender was disorganized and late. Also, when they found out I was a veteran they cut me a check for their veteran's discount even though I didn't know they had one. Highly recommend.
