Good Eats1On of the worst experiences refinancing a loan ever. YTD I have sold 1.3m in real estate and wanted to lock in a low 15 year rate. The first quote promised to pick up my closing costs but then they raised the apr by a half point. Then that loan officer was fired and the rate wanted locked leaving me to by points. The closer and boss Hector Morris stepped in only to ask me to pay more costs for the appraisal 24 hrs before closing. After which I was refunded almost 4k at closing because that can't do their own simple math to know what the final payoff on their own loan should be. Go anywhere but don't deal with Hector. He won't even pick up the phone and apologize about terrible customer service. I'm closing my account today and will never be back.
