      Really enjoyed my visit to this location today. EVAN was super nice🍭 My husband and are were in town celebrating. And we stopped by to conduct a little business. Dear Evan has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve encountered thus far in Lake Geneva. He should be DUPLICATED 👍👍👍👍👍👍 SHEAR AWESOMENESS 🙏

      Hours are clearly posted in several places as open to for drive through service but are closed without notice. Tellers are fantastic but bank does not meet business standards.

      Very sad by the way my daughter was treated by the branch manager Tony and lady working in drive thu Paula. All she wanted to do was deposit cash. And they treated her like she was stealing money. So sad.. we have always loved US Bank till this happened

      The drive up is not accommodating to new vehicles and needs updating. The staff could be more accommodating

      Their atm eats your cash and then they take 2 weeks to give you any answers. But the employees are great. The bank just sucks.

E claims within 10 business days of receiving notification from the customer. Claim investigations may take up to 45 calendar days in some cases. When an investigation has not been closed within 10 business days, provisional credit of the disputed amount is applied on the 11th business day. I hope that helps explain our process.
