Jason Charneia1I STRONGLY recommend choosing another Bank. I thought 5/3rd was bad and switched, these guys take the cake. Three words WORST BANK EVER! Extremely poor customer service, difficult to navigate location, awfully narrow ATM drive through and more fees than I've ever seen. If you try to take money out of a non-US bank ATM and you ask for more than you have, you get a fee for that even (and of course no money comes out, rightfully so, but a fee?). Their other fees are extremely high comparable to other banks and they won't waive fees even when they're questionable or even bank error.

Nancy Silva1I scheduled an phone appointment for 3pm today. I have an email stating that someone will call me at 3pm and the number they will call me back at is correct. It is now after 4pm and I haven't received a call for my scheduled appointment. Very poor reliability. I will not be continuing as a customer with a bank branch that can't even keep an appointment.

James Boll1This bank is terrible, been going for years but will soon end. They don't have drive up and lobby closed for pandemic. All other banks have drive up lanes not just atm. Now I cant get through to their Visa card people and I was told there is a fraud on it, spent hours yesterday and tried today cant talk to anyone. Called branch and all was told he would get hold of card company to issue new card, what about fraud amount? Now I will have to contact all companies that take automatic payments, a real pain. Might as well go to another bank then with a better credit card. Why I still do business there is beyond me, not for long and I have other accounts making next to 0 interest.

Jeannie Nielsen1So this bank allows direct deposit of my fiances checks without him being on the account but Deposit a government check in my boyfriend's name and they say available balance then reversed the deposit putting me in a negative balance for the next week and told me even if I add him they will mail the check back in 5 to 10 days. We need the money now and all they can say is sorry. Time to switch banks. This bank screwed us n screwed ys even harder. Do Not use US Bank

Jason Williamson5I applied online for a car loan and this branch serviced it. I read the negative reviews and was skeptical, but after reading the online complaints (many seemed unreasonable) I went anyway. Yes, the actual office space is a little dated. How often do you actually use the bank for service anyway?!? Most things are done online these days. I was assisted by Dario Zarate, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The entire process, including opening a separate checking account and the loan, took 45 mins from beginning to end. I would recommend this branch.

Ariel Jones1I have been a customer of this branch specifically and have never had any big issues until just recently on Christmas Eve. I went to the ATM that is located outside in the drive-thru in order to deposit money inside my account which I do often on a regular basis, while my card is inserted in the machine and I hit the button for a cash deposit, as I inserted m cash inside the ATM, a message popped up stating that there was a machine error and that the machine could not deposit the funds into my account and that I needed to call a number that was printed on the receipt in order to contact the financial institute. When the incident took place and I spoke to the 24 hour Customer Service Representative, she told me since the following day was a holiday that I needed to contact them the day after the holiday. My account at the moment was in the negative and I was depositing the money into my account and now they are giving me the complete run around on getting my funds back that THEIR ATM messed up. I’m being told it can take up to 10days for me to get my funds but yet it took less than 30 seconds for their ATM TO STILL MY MONEY!!!!!!! I Wouldn’t recommend any body come here or even bank with them any more because being a valued customer doesn’t mean anything to them nor do they care that a large sum of $598. Close your account immediately.

Jeffrey Pantone1This Branch single handedly almost made me pull all of my assets out of US Bank. They are sloppy (misfiled a claim on their broken ATM, only caught by somebody in corporate), they offer little understanding or support. They refused to let me file a complaint against an employee who filled that claim incorrectly because they would, "here me out". I have backed with US for 13 years and this is the first customer service Branch I have seen....PS. that broken ATM they never closed it just continued to try and deal with what it screw up. SHAME! Pps- look at review below, same thing happened to me at the same ATM!!

Lucas1I had contacted the management at the bank to help resolving an issue with an account that was supposed to be closed. The senior team at this branch is completely clueless about their own policies, they had no idea US Bank allows people to close their accounts online. They refused to help, they were very dishonest, tried to lie to me, and then covered up with lies with "well this is our policy". Absolutely shameful. Any other banking instution will GLADLY take your money and also treat you like a human being, without outright scamming you. US Bank is a total joke, and this branch in particular treats people like garbage. I will tell any good friend to never do business with them, for their own sake. My experience with them is definitely in the top 5 worst ever.
