Joe Juarez2I went this morning to this bank to cash a check, I’m not a costumer in that bank. But my surprise was that the person who assist me she wasn’t not even close to friendly. A smile or at least say hi. Just look at me and was polite with and say good morning. Otherwise she wouldn’t speak a word. She didn’t even ask how I wanted my cash. Speechless!! I was thinking to open an account in there, but with I saw this morning. I don’t think so. Not first time this happened. Hope they improve their staff. Bad impression..

Nathan Huet5I've been with SunTrust for a year now and I have always gotten exceptional service. Today's trip was no different. Jason Rodriguez was the associate who helped me. He listened to my needs and created two new accounts. During the whole process he made conversation with me and was friendly. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I called later asking for some information about one of my accounts. Jason answered and remembered from our earlier meeting the details of that account, saving me even more time. Since I've had similar experiences in the past with SunTrust, it's clear that they prioritize customer service. I highly recommend SunTrust.
