As I sit here with movers at my old house only to find out Ticor messed up our docs all I have to say is I'd go somewhere else. We were rushed during signing because I guess they're too busy. Missed signatures, incorrect docs. Lenders won't finance. Its a mess. Thanks Ticor!

I was today there to close a house purchase. I first dealt with Susan Longero, and she was great. However, I later dealt with their notary, a lady, who was quite nasty to us. Then I went to the bank to create a cashier's check, and brought it back to the title company, and all they gave us as proof of receipt was a copy of the check.

Didn't issue us a certified final statement. They gave us an amended copy of our home sale. I wouldn't have even known the difference until the lender of our new home purchase notified us that is was wrong and it was illegal. (Basically, you had one job to do, and..... you couldn't even do that.)
