Ticor Title Company of Nevada, Inc Mccart St, Fernley

Since I’ve lived in the area I’ve closed on two mortgages, and one of them was with Ticor Title. The difference between the last experience and the one I had with Ticor Title is night and day! Everyone that makes the stressful experience of buying a house easier deserves a 5 star review.

Ticor Title is the best to work with. I have worked with Dani Northington several times, she and her team are always responsive and professional. They have sorted out many problems and are very knowledgeable and quick to resolve inevitable real estate issues.

Horrible experience. Our real estate agent suggested we use Ticor and what a mistake that was.At first, they told me that the sale would close on June 20. But within two weeks they found some “problem” on the title due to some typo or something, and then they had to look into it, and that’s when the nightmare began. It seems to be stuck in “corporate”. We are still waiting to close on our property. DO NOT USE!

I’ve had a few signings done before. This was by far the best!
