      We(the wife and I) just finalized the refinance on our home like so many others are doing at this time. The process went smooth. We couldn't have asked for a better title team. We mostly dealt with Aimee Lovera and Jacque Wigginton. Both were very professional and worked around our schedules to get us in and out while also answering all our questions.       Tried working with these people for almost 3 months to close on a house and they couldn't get a clear title. They just didn't seem to have the expertise or care to handle the job. Went a different title company and they did the job in 2 weeks! The people are very nice, but just don't know how to handle something out of the ordinary process. Would NOT reccomend these people at all for any reason!!

We always do our very best to resolve any matters that cloud title but sometimes there are issues that cannot be properly resolved in a short time frame. At times there may be "quick fixes" but our office does not do shortcuts or anything else that may come back to harm either the buyer or seller in any transaction.
