I was needing money for a long trip home but had never put my car's title in my name. Rubi, in the Adams Ave store, was able to switch my title over for me. Also, I didn't have insurance on my car, so Rubi went the extra mile by approving me for $100 loan so I could go get insurance. I was not able to procure insurance that same day, so I returned to their office right before closing to give back the $100. Rubi called her boss and was able to let me keep the $100 and gave me the rest of the week to come back with insurance. The customer care at this company is awesome!
