      I've never been so consistently low balled in my life. They offered me $40 for an item that the Super pawn in downtown gave me $200 for later that day. Now how does that make any sense? How disgusting it is for anybody to do business along those kind of sleezy lines. And because they just tried to pull this same kind of garbage on me not 5min ago, I'll never return to this particular location. Who ever led these pawnbrokers to believe that they should be getting over on their customers in this manner needs to rethink their business strategy. Just so you know not talking out of my neck, they just tried to give me $25 for 14k gold earrings weighing exactly 3.1 grams. What a joke.

      Terrible customer service. They won’t let you pawn anything if you are a first time Pawner there. They think you won’t pay the money back

      Buisness missed a expensive purchase from us. We went in to look at buying a ring and they had a specific ring we wanted to buy. But as I was walking in I had my screaming daughter in my arms that was fussing and kicking around so I didn't have time to put my "COVID stopper 9000" mask on and abide by the CDC mandate. I didn't even make it 3 feet in the door when the manager rudely said to me, "Are you even going to wear a mask?" Over top of the entire store out loud over everyone. I told him I was trying to deal with my daughter and I could go back to my car and get it since I forgot it, unless they could provide me with one (which is also part of the mandate enforced in 40 states, this includes Nevada) But he told me they don't provide masks. Shame he would enforce only half a mandate. But besides the point, after masking up and buttering up we made our way to the desk where we stood for 15 min in front of the jewelry counter. Kids were fussing and trying to grab at stuff so it was pretty hectic. But yet we waited And the employees just stared and didn't say a word. Never once did they come over and ask if we needed help or even say they would be right with us. So since they didn't want to help us we left and didn't purchase the ring we were there to see. $800 loss on their end. Plus the place looks like a run down middle school locker room. Smells like it too.

      Brought in an QSC brand new powered speaker worth $400. The light works it’s brand new. They had no aux cord or guitar chord to plug it in so I had to go home. Didn’t come back! Rude and unprofessional!!

      {{ I WANTED TO GIVE 1 and 1/2 STAR}} Have used this Pawn shop for over 3 years. Have seen Managers get replaced three times. All the good employees have gone to other stores or just quit. The assistant manager D. Is rude to customers and belittles some of the employees right in front of you. The older gentleman who has been there longer than anyone, past or present.He is a great employee knows what he is doing. There is another young man there, I want to say his name is Nate is also very helpful and friendly. A female employee named Kat or Cat. Is rude can not handle more than 1 ticket at a time. I literally just just called. (4/16/2018) to ask a question, Kat/Cat answered, I was only TRYING to inquire about price on an item that I had gotten a loan on a few months ago, I just asked her what amount I had received before. {{{ I KNOW GOOD AND WELL THEY CAN LOOK IT UP BY YOUR NAME ADDRESS AND OTHER THINGS !!!!. }}}... She proceeded to tell me I had to come in, that they can't do that over the phone. I'm like you can't do what over the phone? Because she never even let me completely ask my question, all she kept "saying is NO can't do it over the phone or NO you have to come in" So I guess you have to go in now to ask a dang question. She needs to be retrained or replaced with someone who is friendlier and someone who has a bit more knowledge.

      Had good experiences before but today I bought a computer monitor that the sales person assured me was working. I took her word for it, hooked it up and found that not only does it only work on one input but there was a tiny crack in the screen. I took it back within 4 hours of having bought it and they wouldn't accept a return because "all items are sold as-is". I knew that but I assumed that you wouldn't be selling literal garbage, as that is now where the monitor is. Next time I'll just come to the parking lot and light some money on fire, same end result.

      So I stood around for 10 minutes waiting for help and when I finally asked the lady helping the 1 other customer said she'd be with me in a minute while two other employees stood around behind her, when she started talking to me she had a nasty attitude from the start and I was looking at a used gun light that usually sells new for 100; they had it priced at 80 and I asked if they could let it go for 70 and she tried telling me it was brand new even though it had visible wear and a replaced bolt... I like pawn shops because you can usually find gently used treasures for a reasonable price and they usually have a little room to negotiate but these guys refuse to negotiate and everything is priced about 20$ away from whatever the items cost new even though they are used items... I like superpawn but this one is nothing like the rest, not worth your time to even try with them but Goodluck if you do

      If I could put a zero I would.. poor customer service. I went there twice to make a purchase and both times I stood around for about a half hour with no help. Wish I could have the same service as the ppl who were there selling their stuff . They were the ones being helped as I was constantly passed up ..

      Very inexperienced staff i have only done a couple transactions here but the girl at the counter could not tell the difference between a computer and a microwave had no idea to determine value based of specs and the transaction took over 30 minutes and was given a completly low offer that she couldnt even give after staring at her computer screen for the whole time she had her manager determine an offer just off the top of her head will not do buisness here again.
