      If I could rate their performance & professionalism 10 stars I would! On a single closing transaction it was necessary for Suncoast One staff to contend with 8 sellers spread from Florida, to Chicago to Alaska! And they did so without missing a beat, quit impressive! I highly recommend Suncoast Title & Closing company for all of your Florida real-estate transactions!!! You won't regret it!

      The folks at the Englewood office handled our sale of our Florida property professionally, efficiently, promptly, and with no issues. Everything we needed to sign was sent to us (we do not live in Florida) accompanied by clear instructions about what to do with them. Funds from our sale quickly were wired to our bank immediately after closing. I thank Suncoast and its staff for making a potentially complicated and worrisome (for an out of state seller) task so easy.

      I closed my property with this title company! Ms. Shannel was my title agent processor, she was very understanding and professional. The entire agent was very sweet, extremely courteous and helpful. They worked very hard with me without problems they understood me and helped me. I have a foreign language and the staff understood this language barrier without discrimination to make communication more effective.

      This title company was the choice of the people who bought our house. The closing was this past Monday, August 9 and because the closing agent didn't know how to handle money through a credit union we did not get our 450k for three days!!!! Do not used Suncoast Title Compan6

      I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I looked into this and found that your wire went out the day after closing, which is not our practice, but if it took three days for your credit union to credit your account. Our records show that we did not get complete wiring instructions from you until the day after closing and that the wire was sent immediately after that. Again, I am sorry for the delay, but it was not because we did not know how to work with a credit union.
