I personally have purchased 4 vehicals from Fuccillo Kia, I love their vehicals,with that being said, I purchased my 2018 Sorento from Port Charlotte Fuccillo KIA. Of all my experiences buying a car, I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had in my entire life. Nelson Alverez was my sales person and now a friend. He took the time to not only listen to what I needed, he actually heard me and never pushed anything on me. He took the time to show me all of my options, and helped me leave with a payment I could afford and no more. I have also reffered 3 other friends to him and also purchased their cars from him. They are all very happy also so if you go to Fuccillo Kia of Port charlotte, do yourself a favor and ask for Nelson Alvarez. Jakob in service changed my mind about this place. I wasn't a fan of Billy and Caroline, but your service team changed that. As a disabled widow who has been through a lot, I cannot express the kindness that was shown. I went to Fuccillo Kia this last Friday just to look around. I got there 45 mins before they opened. I saw employees starting to drive in, several of them waved hi. While walking around one employee walked across the parking lot to greet me and ask me if I had any questions right then I was impressed. Dave Reichert was great. He showed me several cars went over all the details about them with me. He was very patient and understanding with me. My whole experience there was wonderful. I have told several people that are looking to purchase a car soon to go there. Talk with Dave. They will not be disappointed!

It was a great experience. We pulled into the lot and was meet by Salesman Bob and he was personable. He explained what's and what-not's and in the end was able to get us a good deal right in our target range. Not only that, we were able to watch the playoff game on the big screens during the whole process. The paperwork to took a bit longer than I would have liked, but overall it was a good experience. And we'll be cruising with "Huge"

Cierra was so pleasant and had excellent customer service skills. She listened to exactly what kind of car I was looking for and made it happen. She even showed me how to connect my phone , and display the digital speedometer. Best car shopping experience!! Thank you Cierra!!!

This was my second Kia I have purchased. First from Cape Coral - VERY uncomfortable. Loud, people running around all over, very stressful. NOT AT ALL the same in Port Charlotte location. I had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the most kind, considerate and caring people I have ever met at a Car dealership. These qualities are not common in large dealerships, or many businesses these days. From sales (Michael DiBiaso) to General Manager (Kevin West) to finance manager (Jerry Morgan) great people. I'm proud of my town, and the people who work here. Small town kindness with HUGE business. And I love my car too!!!

Nelson Alverez was the best! I honestly hate buying cars cause I always walk out feeling like I got ripped off, but Nelson was amazing! He explained everything to me, understood my concerns and helped my family get the car we needed at the price we could afford!!! I would say this was the best car buying experience ever!

I think Kia is one of the best products on the market so Fucillo has the best employees to represent that. Everyone there was so helpful but Nelson was the most helpful and patient salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped us find and buy the vehicle we wanted, not sale us a vehicle that we didn'the want. No pressure at all.
