Great finance company, Fabiola and her employees are always here to help when in need. I've seen some of the other Poor reviews however that is far from the truth. I always felt very welcome, and great customer service. Easy process. Thank you again stepstone

I am very upset with this office. On top of not having professionalism, they have very poor customer service. I spoke to the manager Fabiola to ask about refinancing my loan she gave me attitude and she made me feel discriminated because at the very beginning of our conversation she told me she had to speak with her supervisor because of my husband and my mother's history she needed to ask permission to grant me a refinance... and I told her what did that have to do with my loan if we all have separate accounts with them and then she goes to tell me well actually it's based on not paying on time my loan payment. So i proceeded to tell her I was late one time but I have been keeping up with my payments and I have been current mind you this late payment was back in January. So for starters yes I feel discriminated because she based my opportunity of refinancing my loan on my husband's and my mother's previous history with them she should have started with me having missed and being late with a payment. I'm sorry but I would definitely not recommend this store to get a loan go to the weslaco office not only did they understood my situation but they also told me that the manager Fabiola was being treating me unfairly.

Poor customer service!!!! Manager needs lots of training on how to speak to her customers, wants to speak over them, ESPECIALLY when she is in the wrong trying to have her employees speak for her when she doesn’t have the answer when in the wrong! I guess step stone credit just puts anybody as Managers! Unauthorized transaction from my account not give her permission to remove the funds from the account.
