      Don't bank here I don't know how half of these people got a job but after speaking to a manager I can see why. Rude, lying,and really really bad app and customer support if I wasn't stuck here with them I would leave in a heartbeat

      They don't know how to clear a drive thru, not to mention i admit I drive a big pick up truck but normally I come into the drive thru and its clear for me to take my turn into the lane, well today I try to make it into my lane and I almost get stuck, the woman at the window gives my mother attitude about me apparently knowing if I couldn't make the turn I shouldn't have taken it then proceeds to come outside and give me a huge attitude. So unprofessional

      I had a 3rd. Party check from a business that had there acc. There sat in line for 35-40 mins at the drive through just to have them tell they wouldn’t cash it because they couldn’t verify who singed the check ( the owner of the business) I needed the money to pay some bills I had to wait until the following Monday to cash it I was very upset by the whole thing I wouldn’t bank there

      My husband and I went into this branch so that I could be added to his account, however we were told that we needed to produce a marriage license?? We called corporate and the goose creek branch and were able to open a joint account with no issue. I'm unsure why we were given misinformation but it was extremely inconvenient and the personal banker was rude!

      The best! It's like visiting family. You always see the same faces and some of the people have been there for at least 20 years. I can say that that is truly a bank that I trust. My favorite location would have to be the one I Moncks Corner

      This place has the worst customer service ever. 5 people in line no tellers available. Got tired of waiting. I will carry my money to another bank.
