BlackJoninYT1Don't bank here I don't know how half of these people got a job but after speaking to a manager I can see why. Rude, lying,and really really bad app and customer support if I wasn't stuck here with them I would leave in a heartbeat

Brenton Rudy1They don't know how to clear a drive thru, not to mention i admit I drive a big pick up truck but normally I come into the drive thru and its clear for me to take my turn into the lane, well today I try to make it into my lane and I almost get stuck, the woman at the window gives my mother attitude about me apparently knowing if I couldn't make the turn I shouldn't have taken it then proceeds to come outside and give me a huge attitude. So unprofessional

Greg Fisher1I had a 3rd. Party check from a business that had there acc. There sat in line for 35-40 mins at the drive through just to have them tell they wouldn’t cash it because they couldn’t verify who singed the check ( the owner of the business) I needed the money to pay some bills I had to wait until the following Monday to cash it I was very upset by the whole thing I wouldn’t bank there

Tamesha Straughn1My husband and I went into this branch so that I could be added to his account, however we were told that we needed to produce a marriage license?? We called corporate and the goose creek branch and were able to open a joint account with no issue. I'm unsure why we were given misinformation but it was extremely inconvenient and the personal banker was rude!
