Great Service, best Toyota dealer in the city.

Lauren was my service provider the last two times I have come to get my car serviced and she never disappoints. Even when I had to bring my car back she made sure I was out in less than 20 min. I appreciate her and I hope Hendricks of Toyota does as well.

We enjoyed our sales rep, Earl. He was very personable, listened to what we were looking for and helped us find what we feel was a good value. Everyone in the shop was really nice and friendly. I really didn't dream we would find a car that was in our range so easily. In the down time while we were waiting, we found the cafe to be really nice and we even got a freshly cooked meal there at a great price. Thanks to Earl and everyone at Hendrick Toyota!

Barry was awesome to work with. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. It was disconcerting that the finance guy wasn't willing to wear a mask while we were in his office. It made my wife uncomfortable but he told us he was not a proponent of masks. But he was friendly and efficient making the transaction as quick and easy as possible.

Checked out cars on line then went to the store. Met Kevin and looked at cars we were considering. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. Made the experience easy we were driving off the lot in a short period of time. Rick the finance manager was very helpful and process was very streamlined and easy to understand. Most was done with e-docs and e-signatures. Left with a flash drive instead of folder full of papers.

I have been continually and pleasantly surprised by the service I have received at Hendricks Toyota- a newer service Advisor, Lauren Gladden, has been particularly capable, friendly and thorough. A great department- I recommend them.
