Just when I thought I had all of my due diligence done and was ready to close, the title agency I committed to ghosted me! Roller coaster ride does not even describe the ups and downs- Then I was referred to Mendi Dunker and her team at Signature Title! Just when I thought I was in jeopardy of losing the house, Mendi and her amazing team came in, finalized the searches and due diligence and I closed today! Mendi handled the heavy lifting for me, she calmed me as I was in a panic and assured me “I’ve Got This” and she did! She even answers my calls!
