I recently had a very positive experience with Crary Buchanan and with Mike Crary specifically. He was able to take a traumatic event in my life that required legal action, patiently walk me through my options, translate the industry jargon into plain language, obtain justice for me, and provide me with the closure I needed so I could move on. As an attorney with a non-traditional practice, I often need to refer business to outside counsel. Crary Buchanan has a team of attorneys that I refer clients to for a variety of needs. Recently, Robert A. Shaffer has provided estate planning services to several clients going through difficult times in their lives. He has handled their issues with the care and respect that is expected, but often lost at other firms. The broad capabilities of the Crary Buchanan team make them the best one-stop shop for local legal matters.

Called and left three message before and after Thanksgiving 2020 for Mr. Larry Crary's paralegal based upon my conversation with the receptionist I spoke with each time I called. Briefly explained my personal issue asking for a call back after the Thanksgiving holiday and did not receive a returned call. Called again one more time again leaving another brief summary for the paralegal asking for help and never received a returned call. The only reason I intended to choose this firm was Mr. Crary's association with St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Stuart and through my attending the church each winter as a part time resident. To say I was extremely disappointed in not even getting a returned call was quite frankly, shocking. Even if they were unable to assist me in my legal matter not receiving a returned was clearly a poor reflection of the firm. Mr. Crary and his team of attorneys' may be excellent at what they do as well as may be very caring people. Unfortunately, in my particular situation this paralegal obviously determined I was not worthy of even getting a phone call returned. It was very disappointing. Thankfully I was able to find a very competent attorney to help me in resolving my legal matters.

Amy Moniz and the Crary Buchanan team are the most outstanding, knowledgeable and talented law firm Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I truly can't say enough good things about Amy, if you need someone to help guide you, look no further, she's a perfect 10

If the women who answered the phone to discuss pricing wasn't so rude and short with people we might of used them but if she's that rude I could only imagine how the lawyers are. I'll pay more and use someone else
