Moved to Florida from out of state. First closing I had with Seminole Title went great. The second one not so much. I have used dozens of title companies to close on over 28 houses in the last 10 years and this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a title company. I will not be using or recommending Seminole Title in the future!

Our experience with Cathy was the best experience we ever had with any title company. She prepared everything perfectly and explained everything in detail. Above all else, she is really nice and fun to work with. Purchasing a new house can be very nerve wracking but she made the process actually enjoyable. We recommend her all day long.

I had the opportunity to work with Seminole Title as a Seller and Realtor. I found their professionalism, attention to detail, and processes to be easy for the Buyer, Seller, and all parties. They responded promptly to any outreach and offered genuine assistance along the way. When we closed, they were efficient and all of the documents were accurate and timely. After closing, the documents and funds were sent out promptly. Overall, they are professional, responsive, genuine, and diligent.

Alexa is amazing. We ended up having to reschedule multiples times and encountered several issues along the way. She was helpfull, friendly, and flexible throughout. She worked very hard and extra late to handle our extremely difficult closing as it came right down to the wire. Alexa really showed she cared and together we made it happen. Highly recommend!!

Used Seminole Title to buy/close on a property years ago. They are still going strong, have new expanded office and are very professional. Using then to sell/close on my rental property.

I had the worst experience possible being a first time home buyer and using Seminole Title company. I was not explained anything or asked once how I wanted to hold the deed. My Husband and I moved here to Florida and in order to claim Homestead we need to both be listed on the deed. Instead the Title company put my Father (Who does not live in Florida and has no financial interest in the home; he only co-signed so I could purchase it) on the deed with me. The title company blames the relator saying they copied the contract he wrote. The relator very confused said he does not decide who is on the Deed and we should have been asked. There is nothing to do to change this but pay a large amount of taxes and have my husbands purchase half the home from my Father or Refinance which will cost is $12,000. This is a disaster and I DO NOT RECCOMEND this title company to any first time home buyers as they do not explain anything or ask how you want to hold the deed. We can't afford to refinance right now or pay the transfer taxes so every year my father remains on the deed we will have to pay more in taxes as we cannot claim Homestead due to the Title companies mistake that they will not correct.

We recently closed on our new home with Seminole Title. They made the whole process seem easy. We were informed along the way. All questions were answered promptly. What a pleasure to work with people who are so knowledgeable. We highly recommend Seminole Title for your closing needs!
