      Being involved in 100 transaction each year I can say that this title company is average at best. The employees I dealt with were friendly but no knowledge of some pretty common real estate practices. Also a very dumb mistake which could have blown the deal.

      I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. At first they were great to work with, closing went well, but then not only did they screw up the wire transfer once but twice!
