RE/MAX Alliance Columbus St, Virginia Beach

Worst experiences ever!!! DO NOT rent from them, they're unethical crooks. We came from a foreign country, knowing nobody here, rented a townhouse from them more than 2 years, paid full 4 months rent upfront and left in a very good condition, $1440 total security deposit and only got $44 back, they would find all kinds of reasons to deduct your SD, right now in a lawsuit with their agent Sandra Cullom. We need justice in America!

Hated working with this company!! Scarred us for life with this renting experience. The team was not friendly, horrible communication, and as others have mentioned the move-out process is ridiculous!! Save yourself some frustration and money (you won't get a lot of your deposit back, no matter how clean the house is) and use someone else!

My family all lives in Virginia Beach while I have been stuck in the northeast only getting to visit once a year. Ive been dreaming of a second home down there for years but too scared to take the dive. All I can say is my only regret was that I waited this long. realtor at re/max alliance found me the perfect property just where I was interested and the process couldn't have been easier. AND they took my first offer, which was a lot less than i anticipated, so my bank isn't entirely broken either. Now I get to split my time between the two and no more guilty feelings about missing x-mas before it's too late. Thank you for everything!!!! Definately give them a call if you're looking to buy or sell in the area. Nothing but good things to say about the expirience.

I own a business and they are the management for the property. Pray that lisa west isn't your agent. I've asked for 2 things to be done over 2 months ago and still no resolution in site. The most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in the business world. Stay away.

I have worked for other companies but by far RE/MAX Alliance goes the extra mile for their employees, their agents and their clients. Plenty of staff and all genuinely friendly and care about your issues and fast to respond. The management also listens and offers TONS of support. There are regular classes and discussions to choose from (sometimes multiple a week). This is truly the company where you want to go!!!

Unreliable, call they're concerned about is getting your money. They're not concerned about satisfying you or even giving you what you pay for. I never would have thought accompany such as remaxx Alliance would conduct themselves in such a unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this real estate company to anyone.

Buyer beware- you are not much of a priority to these people if you are an average Joe like me. My personal experience was with the doll team. I also always felt belittled as just the dumb stay at home mom and not the man who signs the papers. Personally find that ridiculous since ultimately I was the one who found the house we ultimately bought and my husband and I equally make choices together.

I just got done buying a home with RE/MAX. I was referred to them from a co-worker and it was really convenient that they were close to Town Center. Fairly easily process for a first time owner (yeah!) I recommend them!
