      I have dealt with this company for 4 years now they have gotten me out a few tight situations never any problems well maybe customer service could explain a little better about policies and fine line issues i think we get confused about..we are dealing with money alot of emotions and feelings get expressed...

      Company is NOT about financial wellness. This company is a financial payday advance company with a better name. They send unsolicited notices to employees of companies that use the payroll company, whom they purchase your name and info from. You can not opt out. And I haven't been able to reach a rep about unauthorized drafts to bank account YET. From what I gather it's ALWAYS some issue with their system which means they have a substandard i.t. Department. But at least the employees can FAKE a smile in the pictures. If only the lady who I spoke with could smile and fix my account

      Terrible experience. Have tried multiple times to get my deposit and called multiple times. They say they will fix it.. still hasn’t been done.
