She went out of her way to expedite closing on our new home so that we could spend the Fourth of July weekend there with our family. That was totally unexpected. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend because of the extra work that she put in to make things go smoothly. Recently we refinanced our home. Pacific Title Company did our closing. They were fantastic. Kelsey was our Escrow Officer and did a great job at our signing. She explained the documents clearly and the packet was well organized in the event we needed to refer to it after the signing. We would highly recommend Pacific Title Company to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, and efficient title and escrow company. We have recommended them to several friends. I was left with a literal one inch of paperwork from this company. The packet weighs 1 pound, 15 ounces. This for a 925 foot single family dwelling! The last two transactions I have had with Title companies have left me with either a CD or with a nice folder that the paperwork fits in. Not one of the documents are printed on both sides, the "legal size" is stapled to the letter size and there is nothing to separate the different documents. It is impossible to fit in any of my usual filing drawers, let alone easily locate a needed document within. I am amazed that in the 21st century that this supposedly professional business is unable to leave a client with a neat and easy to read packet of their transaction.

Wow, I have always had the greatest of service from Pacific Title Company and always received the utmost respect from the staff. I highly recommend Pacific Title as they are very knowledgeable in the service they provide. They are a great team to work with!!!! It seems this person would not of liked any title company especially when she refused to even bring in her money for closing.

If you're looking for a smooth, quick real-estate transaction, this is not the company to go to. A simple transaction that should have been closed within two weeks took the company FOUR weeks to complete. We called and e-mailed, and as a response we got, "We're too busy to work on your transaction." We had to call them incessantly to get anything done. They were also not forthcoming with information and they made the transaction far more difficult than it should have been. If you're buying/selling a house, do yourself a favor, choose another title company. Any other company.

My wife and I bought a house and went through Pacific Title in February. Throughout the whole transaction we were kept up to date, given prompt service, and the customer service was amazing! I will be using Pacific Title in the future and have recommended them to many friends!

Absolutely the only title company to go to. They always get the job done quickly and will jump through hoops to make sure it gets done right.
