I ran across lums looking for a specific car and couldn't find it anywhere. They had just sold what I was looking for but Ralph went out of his way to make sure I'd find what I wanted. To no benefit of himself, he tracked down every dealer in the NW that had what I wanted and sent me a list. For anyone worried about dealing with car sales men, don't. He just wants to make sure everyone walks away with what they want.
