The worst... I never missed a payment and been making all payments and they have my loan paid off but still have a balance. They are the worst and not getting any credit for my loan. DO NOT USE THEM!! Try other companies it will pay off in the long run for you and your family..

Recieved an offer for a unsecured loan, and i made it clear in the online application that I did not have a vehicle for collateral. They approved me almost instantly. Unfortunately they tried to give me a secured loan and wanted a vehicle for collateral. I told them that is not what i was interested in. In response they said they would decline the offer for me. When I asked if they could remove the inquiry from my report they said NO they could not do that. Complete BS this should be illegal. They falsely approved me and now my credit report gets the ding. Do not accept any "offers" from this financial institution.

If you are willing to pay high interest to pay down debt or whatever your situation may be, than the loan is worth it. So far, the company has been good, there is room for improvement. They hardly ever answer their phones, but when someone finally does they resolve your issue. Their website is just ok, it doesn't update with your payment information nor provide much information about your account but you can view your statements and they do have a good rewards program. I have already received my gift cards for participating in the rewards program.

Since day one to the close day with my car loans she was so helpful to me! She is amazing! She explained to me everything. My Parents purchased an RV and had a loan through a company that One Main Financial bought out and I've had nothing but trouble trying to get them to check their records and send the proper paperwork for me to go to DMV and put the RV in the new owner's name. It took me well over a month just to acknowledge me despite several e-mails and phone calls. Then finally after asking for the Manager (I never did - they never wanted to put them on the phone or they were always out) they finally sent me the paperwork. Well, it wasn't the right paperwork and it was never notarized. They do all kinds of loans and they should have known the proper paperwork. Now I have to take time off from work and sit there until they will acknowledge me and get someone to provide the proper paperwork with the proper notary. It would be really great if I could even get someone to just answer the phone rather than it always going to voicemail and having to leave a message. Will NEVER do business with this company!

I have been calling for two weeks and leaving messages to be called back. They still have not called back causing more payments to my account in a month. This has caused me to miss other payments for bills. I am set up to have funds removed twice a month and they have changed my dates without reason.

My experience with OneMain ,was uplifting and encourage me that I was making some good decisions in building my Credit. I would highly recommend OneMain Financial to anyone. I look forward to continue my financial support in my dealings with OneMain

Was told approved. Jumped through all the hoops. Then denied. False advertising. Loan shark interest rates. Rude staff.. Go elsewhere. These people are crooks!! Jimi Love is someone from One Main Financial. Not a real review!
