Antonio “Jacotah Xi” L.1crooks. they sold me a Lexus with a knocking engine and the paperwork even showed the previous owner got rid of it for that reason, paid $3k for a new engine, they gave me the number to their mechanic and then both of them never answered any of my calls or text again.

We spoke to you a couple weeks ago (6 months after you purchased the vehicle) and you stated you did not hear any knocking on the engine at the time of sale or you would have not purchased the vehicle. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to need repairs on a vehicle so we tried to help as much as possible. We were able to refer you to a reputable shop that was able to quote you lower on parts and labor then the original shop you visited. Before listing a vehicle, all vehicles are inspected, smogged and safety checked. At the time of sale, you were offered a warranty. Please know that we would never intentionally mislead a customer as they are always our top priority. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
